Sara White is a girl who is outstanding in her field.
I've been working in the print and design industry for the past 18 years.
I started out working in a darkroom, shooting halftones and film for printing
plates. I then moved up to operating a two color offset press. I've worked with
a variety of page layout programs, and have honed my skills at manipulating
images using Adobe Photoshop. I’ve seen a lot of technology changes over
the years – print, which is my strength, is rapidly being replaced by the Web.
So I’ve recently returned to Skagit Valley College to earn an ATA degree in
Multimedia and Interactive Technology.
