The challenge with the design of
this site was the number of products
and services that CSI offered - along
with different customer categories.
The solution was to begin with a
landing page that enabled a viewer
to select from three tabs that would
determine what customer category
he or she was in. Once a selection
was made, a customer-specific
menu appears. This made the
site negotiation more concise.
